Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of Milford & Derby have four staff members dedicated to the insurance related aspect of surgical care. Our experienced staff members contact both medical and dental insurance companies to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We currently participate in the following insurance plans: Anthem Blue Cross Dental & Medical, Delta Dental, Guardian, Husky and Medicare. (These plans are subject to change without notice) For all other plans we will submit the necessary paperwork on your behalf. Prior to treatment we can provide a written pre-treatment estimate. This estimate is based on the surgical complexity and information from you insurance company regarding your benefits. Please bring all of you insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
