Paul M. Ciuci, DMD, MD, FACS

Dr. Paul M. Ciuci, DMD, MD, FACS, has been proud to serve the Milford community at Milford & Derby Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for the past 12 years. He received his dental degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed one year of general surgery and received his certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He received his board certification from the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2009.

He joined the legacy of Dr’s. Topazian, Wineland and Volpe at Milford & Derby Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2007 and has been voted a Connecticut Top Doc for the past 10 years straight. He strives for excellence in all facets of oral surgery, including wisdom teeth, dental reconstruction, and dental implants, oral pathology, corrective jaw surgery, and the surgical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Ciuci is a clinical professor at Yale New Haven Hospital Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery program and serves on several academic committees. He is a former AAOMS faculty member for simulated anesthesia emergencies and current course director for Simulated Anesthesia Emergencies for the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residents at Yale. He became a fellow in the American College of Surgeons in 2017 and was selected to the examination committee of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2016.

In his spare time, Dr. Ciuci enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and serving on mission trips in Africa.
