We accept cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and payment plans through Wells Fargo Health Advantage and CareCredit. Fees are based on the amount of time spent with each patient, the complexity of each individual procedure and the cost of providing the highest quality surgical care. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. There are no adjustments to the charges after treatment has been completed.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
You will receive a monthly statement from our office when your procedure has been completed. Most insurance companies will respond with payment within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
